Fly Girl holds a Virgin Islands business license under the name Sail Safaris. Captain Han is a licensed United States Coast Guard Captain with over 8 years experience guiding trips in the US Virgin Islands.

Fly Girl has a permit to do tours inside the Virgin Islands National Park as part of our longstanding relationship with the park. Every year we offer a seminar series of ecological sailing tours. All the proceeds from those tours goes back to the park. Some of our best locations are within park waters.

Captain Han holds a current certificate for first aid and CPR from the American Safety and Health Institute. He also has a master's in Ecology from Bard College.

Our company is fully insured by Lloyds of London and carries all safety equipment, in excellent condition, required by Lloyds and the US Coast Guard.
